Join Us for Fall Graduation, Friday October 20

Join us at GraduationOne of our most beloved events happens every three months at the San Diego Rescue Mission.

Our next graduation ceremony is scheduled for Friday, October 20, 2017.

That’s when the men and women who have successfully completed their 12-month residential recovery programs are recognized in a special graduation ceremony. The event celebrates the accomplishments each graduate has made, with God’s help, during their year-long journey. Current program participants also attend to honor their brothers and sisters and to be inspired by the possibilities that await them.

As part of the ceremony one male and one female graduate each shares their story of recovery. A local Christian band or church choir provides entertainment for the day and, of course, all graduates receive an official diploma.

Time and Location:
First Presbyterian Church
320 Date St. San Diego, CA 92101
6:30 PM – Graduation Ceremony
Dessert Reception Immediately Following

Sleepless San Diego – Returning in 2018

Sleepless San DiegoPlease note that our coveted and iconic Sleepless San Diego event will take place in the fall of 2018.

For the past 10 years, Sleepless San Diego has raised awareness of homelessness, helped educate San Diegans on ways they can help those on the streets, and generated funds to help thousands of local homeless men, women and children permanently change their lives. This year we are taking time to focus on internal development and allow our new leadership team to move forward with its strategic plan and vision for the organization. We cherish the support you’ve shown the Rescue Mission and look forward to our continued relationship in celebrating the 11th Sleepless San Diego event next year.
