May 21, 2010 - Grand Re-Opening of the newly-remodeled SDRM North Park Thrift Store
The San Diego Rescue Mission has transitioned from tenant to owner in the North Park community with the purchase of the North Park Thrift Store located at 3055 University Ave., San Diego, CA 92104. In doing so, the store has become the proto-type of what the SDRM sees as a new hybrid of retail, client training, community gathering place, and resource center on homeless services. Join us on Friday May 21st at 4pm for the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony.

7th Annual Candlelight Vigil - November 1, 2008
San Diego Rescue Mission held its 7th Annual Candlelight Vigil on Saturday, Nov. 1. The vigil honored the 58 men and women who died alone while homeless in our community this past year.
