Our Recuperative Care Unit is one of the fewest places in the San Diego area to provide a place for homeless individuals who have recently been released from the hospital but still need need proper medical attention.
2nd Avenue Transitional Housing is a multi phase transitional housing program designed for single adults working towards self sufficiency. Our mission is to address the various needs of the individual within a trauma informed care framework that focuses on healing previous barriers to independence.
